It is\u00a0extremely important that the data in Annual Report is correct and the Annual Report looks presentable. Therefore the internal review process is applied to all Annual Reports prepared by us to ensure the highest quality. In addition to reports disclosed to external parties, the company\u2019s internal monthly or quarterly reporting (management reporting) is also relevant, as they give to the Management Board and to investors an important inside view of the company&#8217;s financial situation and help evaluate business\u2019 performance to make future projections. We help our clients with the following services:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Preparation of Annual Report (including consolidated statements) in accordance with local or international financial reporting standards. We translate Annual Report into English, if needed.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Audit support &#8211; we communicate with the auditors and provide the necessary input data for the successful completion of the audit process.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Preparation and submission of reports for Statistics Estonia, Estonian Bank, Financial Supervision Authority, etc.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Reporting to management, owners or investors &#8211; we prepare reports for company or group internal reporting according to the company&#8217;s reporting practice, being in compliance with local laws and accounting standards.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Budgeting, financial analyzes \u2013 we support the management in preparing and checking various financial reports, analyzes and budgets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The company&#8217;s Annual Report is the most important source of information for external parties to give an overview of the company&#8217;s financial situation and future plans.
