Silje has extensive experience in leading accounting, payroll, tax compliance and reporting projects for clients from various industries. Her favorite projects are setting up financial functions of companies, and mapping and optimizing financial processes.<\/p>\n<p>Silje\u2019s family has 3 sons growing up, whose passion is football, and therefore you can see her on the football fields almost every weekend. Silje herself likes to play tennis and golf, as well as travel, read and do interior design. In addition to general accounting services provision, she has carried out several accounting processes and control environment mapping, evaluation and standardization projects and worked in large international IT company as Finance Analyst for Baltic countries.<\/p>\n<p>She\u00a0is an Estonian Certified Accountant and holds a Level 6 Senior Accountant certificate.<\/p>\n<p>Apart from the accounting world Helen practices her skills as a hobby investor in stock markets and as a hobby gardener planting roses and tomatoes. At her sporty moments you can find her from tennis court or rehearsing the driver swing on a golf course.
