data-contrast=\"none\">(1) A written document of an employment contract must contain at least the following data:<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a05) the agreed remuneration payable for the work (wages), including remuneration payable based on the economic performance and transactions, and the manner of calculation, the procedure for payment and the time of falling due of wages (pay day), also taxes and payments payable and withheld by the employer, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"color: #3d8888;\"><b><i>including a reference to the authorities receiving the taxes and payments and protection accompanied by the payment thereof<\/i><\/b><i>;<\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a06) <\/span><\/i><span style=\"color: #3d8888;\"><b><i>the training entitlement provided by the employer <\/i><\/b><\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">and other benefits if agreed upon;<\/span><\/i><span employer<\/i><\/b><i>;<\/i><\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a010) <\/span><\/i><span style=\"color: #3d8888;\"><b><i>a reference to the form reproducible in writing, the obligation to give reasons <\/i><\/b><\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">and the notice periods pertaining to the cancellation of the employment contract;<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span data-contrast=\"none\"> 11) a reference to the rules of work organization established by the employer;<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span data-contrast=\"none\"> 12) a reference to a collective agreement if a collective agreement is applicable with regard to the employee;<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span data-contrast=\"none\"> 13) <\/span><\/i><span style=\"color: #3d8888;\"><b><i>a reference to the procedure for performing and compensating overtime work<\/i><\/b><i>;<\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span data-contrast=\"none\"> 14) <\/span><\/i><span style=\"color: #3d8888;\"><b><i>the duration of the probationary period<\/i><\/b><i>.<\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0(2) The employer is to inform the employee of the data in good faith, clearly and unambiguously. <\/span><\/i><span style=\"color: #3d8888;\"><b><i>The employee has the right to access the data at any given time<\/i><\/b><\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\"><span style=\"color: #3d8888;\">.<\/span> The employer may demand that the employee confirm the provision of the data specified in this section.<\/span><\/i><span
