About us

Silje has obtained a bachelor’s degree in economic accounting from Estonian Business School (EBS) and completed master’s studies in the field of business consulting.

She has worked 22 years in a Big4 company, where in the first ten years she conducted and leaded financial audits and due diligence projects, and in the last ten years she leaded the accounting services department. Silje has extensive experience in leading accounting, payroll, tax compliance and reporting projects for clients from various industries. Her favorite projects are setting up financial functions of companies, and mapping and optimizing financial processes.

Silje’s family has 3 sons growing up, whose passion is football, and therefore you can see her on the football fields almost every weekend. Silje herself likes to play tennis and golf, as well as travel, read and do interior design. She has also successfully invested in various asset classes for 10 years.

Helen studied accounting at TalTech university in 2009-2011 and at the moment she is finishing her corporate finance master studies in the same university. She has extensive experience and knowledge on both Estonian Financial Reporting Standards and IFRS.

Helen’s journey as an accountant started in 2009. From her accountant career she has worked 11 years in Big4 company specializing in accounting, payroll and tax and statutory compliance services. In addition to general accounting services provision, she has carried out several accounting processes and control environment mapping, evaluation and standardization projects and worked in large international IT company as Finance Analyst for Baltic countries.

She is an Estonian Certified Accountant and holds a Level 6 Senior Accountant certificate.

Apart from the accounting world Helen practices her skills as a hobby investor in stock markets and as a hobby gardener planting roses and tomatoes. At her sporty moments you can find her from tennis court or rehearsing the driver swing on a golf course. When her work efficiency starts to decline and there is a need to reload batteries Helen grabs her suitcase or backpack and drives to explore the wide world.

Mariana earned a higher education degree in financial accounting from Tallinn School of Economics, followed by a master’s degree in the same field from TalTech. She also holds an educational qualification in small business management.

Mariana is an Estonian Certified Accountant and holds a Level 6 Senior Accountant certificate.

Professionally, she has been a “Jack-of-all-trades” and, before entering the accounting world, she worked in wedding planning and managing a youth center. She has been involved in accounting for over 10 years, including 5 years in a Big 4 company. She has always preferred working in an accounting services company because, in addition to routine tasks, she enjoys the variety that this type of work offers. It also gives her the opportunity to interact with many companies and various professional topics, keeping her knowledge up-to-date and in use.

In her free time, Mariana spends a lot of time maintaining her house and garden. If she has time left after taking care of the house and her child, she prefers to relax, for example by watching an interesting crime series, reading a book, or occasionally going to a spa and cinema.

Anna joined us as a Senior Accountant with extensive expertise gained from accounting firms (including a Big 4 company) and in-house roles within the IT industry. Her wide-ranging experience spans various industries, with a preference for service-oriented sectors.

Armed with a Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting from TalTech and a Senior Accountant Certificate (level 6), she excels in understanding business operations and crafting effective managerial accounting solutions.

Outside the realm of numbers, she cherishes spending time with her three daughters. Her interests include staying active through gym workouts and yoga, as well as exploring the world of confectionery.

Eleri studied accounting at Tallinn School of Economics. She has been working in the field of accounting for 10 years, with 3 of those years in a company belonging to the Big4. In addition to accounting firms, Eleri has performed accounting in a manufacturing company and a real estate management company.

While working in an accounting firm, Eleri enjoys the opportunity to see the everyday life of many different companies in various fields.

Outside of work, Eleri likes to play floorball and ice hockey, as well as go running in the forest. When she’s not actively participating in sports, she can often be found by the sidelines of some other sports field. In colder and darker weather, she also enjoys reading books.

Maarja works as a Senior Accountant and has over 10 years of experience in the accounting field. She studied accounting at Tallinn University of Applied Sciences. She has spent most of her career working at various accounting firms, where she has gained broad expertise and valuable professional experience.

In her free time, Maarja enjoys an active lifestyle. She loves walking and running in nature, as well as taking part in various group fitness classes. She finds new energy and inspiration through travelling and enjoys relaxing with a good book whenever she has the chance.

Raina is a Senior Accountant with nearly 20 years of experience in the financial sector, in-depth knowledge of Estonian accounting and tax legislation, and extensive experience managing financial processes and projects, from processing source documents to preparing annual financial statements. Precision, organization, and reliability are central to her work, and she values accurate and efficient processes. She welcomes opportunities to acquire new knowledge, develop her skills, and find solutions to even the most complex financial challenges.

In her free time, Raina enjoys tending to her garden or taking her 2 dogs for walks by the sea. She also loves travelling with her family, which allows her to broaden her horizons, explore new cultures, and discover exciting new flavors.

Johanna has obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics from TalTech university and is continuing her studies in the master’s program with a focus on economic analysis.

Johanna works as a junior accountant and is an enthusiastic learner. She enjoys challenges and is always willing to participate in projects that help her enhance her professional skills.

When Johanna is not busy with academic tasks, she likes to engage in sports, immerse herself in the world of books, or indulge in painting.

Regiina graduated from Tallinn School of Economics with a degree in Accounting and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences. She also holds a Level 5 professional qualification in Accounting.

Regiina has worked as an accountant both in a large corporate group and in an accounting firm, gaining versatile experience in accounting and financial processes across different business environments.

Outside of work, Regiina is most likely to be found gardening, spending time with her family or reading a good book. She also enjoys hiking in the forest, cycling and spending time with her loved ones.

Katrin has studied accounting at Pärnumaa Kutsehariduskeskus and holds the Estonian Certified Accountant qualification Level 5. She has gained most of her work experience at accounting firms, where she has worked with various companies. Katrin is a motivated junior accountant who is continuously improving her knowledge and skills in the field and is eager to develop professionally.

In her free time, she enjoys working out, reading books and cooking. Katrin also likes to travel and discover new interesting places.

Valeria is a junior accountant. She graduated from TalTech with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Although Valeria has little practical experience, she has a strong theoretical background and a great desire for professional growth. She is attentive to details, responsible, and always eager to improve herself and acquire new knowledge.

In her free time, Valeria enjoys swimming, walking her dog in the forest, and reading books.

Marion studied accounting at Tallinn School of Economics, where she gained a foundation in financial principles and practices. She is Estonian Certified Accountant (Level 5) and is currently working as a Junior Accountant. Marion is enthusiastic about advancing her career in accounting and is always looking for opportunities to develop her skills and expand her knowledge in the field.

Beyond her professional interests, Marion leads an active lifestyle and enjoys engaging in a variety of sports, including cycling, rollerblading, yoga and alpine skiing. She has a love for traveling, exploring interesting places, and embracing new experiences, which enrich her perspective both personally and professionally.

Elli is a Junior Accountant with a Level 5 Professional Certificate in Accounting and 5 years of experience in the accounting field. She is currently studying Accounting at Tallinn University of Applied Sciences and continuously expanding her professional knowledge.

Throughout her career, she has gained experience working with companies across various industries. She enjoys the diversity of accounting and the opportunity to take on a wide range of tasks and challenges. In her work, she values accuracy, good teamwork, and well-considered solutions. She believes it is important to do her job well and take pride in what she does.

In her free time, Elli enjoys handicrafts, with a particular passion for knitting traditional Haapsalu lace shawls. She also enjoys playing the guitar and singing and likes listening to audiobooks in her spare time.

Diana studied Accounting and Taxation at Tallinn School of Economics.

She has over 4 years of experience in accounting, having gained valuable expertise in both a manufacturing company and an international business environment. She enjoys the variety of accounting work and the opportunity to gain insight into the operations of different companies while finding solutions to everyday challenges.

In her free time, Diana enjoys arts and crafts, design, exploring new flavors, and spending quality time with her loved ones. She is also interested in technology, data analytics, and continuous self-development.

Laura holds a higher education degree in business tourism, but it was the accounting lectures that truly ignited her passion. She has over 8 years of experience in accounting, including working at a start-up that grew into a publicly traded company. Laura is detail-oriented and analytical by nature, yet balanced and composed—qualities characteristic of her Libra zodiac sign. She values continuous learning and is dedicated to broadening her horizons and acquiring new skills.

Laura is a mother of two and can often be found cheering at her child’s dance and acrobatics competitions. In her free time, she enjoys exploring with her family in a campervan, and her greatest passion is traveling the world. Additionally, she is learning Spanish and has an ambitious bucket list filled with skills and experiences she aspires to achieve.

Käthlin graduated from TalTech with a degree in Accounting. She has 20 years of experience in accounting and payroll, with a particular focus on payroll over the past four years. In her daily work, Käthlin values precision, attention to detail, and adherence to critical deadlines. She finds the topic of workplace well-being particularly engaging.

Outside of the world of numbers, Käthlin enjoys practicing calligraphy and engaging in art. To balance her sedentary work, she practices pilates, yoga, and qigong. Recharging her energy is also helped by spending time at her countryside home and reading books.

Kairi has over 20 years of experience in payroll and HR administration. She has worked with organisations of various sizes and has in-depth knowledge of employment law, tax accounting, and the entire payroll process from start to finish. Kairi’s strengths lie in her systematic approach, attention to detail, and ability to find practical solutions, even in complex situations. For her clients, she is a trusted partner who cares not only about numerical accuracy but also about people’s well-being.

Outside of work, she enjoys an active lifestyle, travelling, and spending time in nature.

Marie-Annette obtained her higher education at TalTech university, specializing in the field of economic accounting and business management.

She has 4 years of work experience in a Big4 company, collaborating with clients from various sectors. However, her primary focus is on payroll accounting. Marie-Annette has also been involved in recruiting foreign employees to Estonia, providing her with a comprehensive background in payroll accounting specific. In addition to advising companies, she has experience in implementing and improving payroll and accounting systems for businesses. Despite her client commitments, Marie-Annette always finds time to train her colleagues in the field of payroll accounting.

Marie-Annette is an Estonian Certified Accountant and holds a Level 6 Senior Accountant certificate.

When she’s not enjoying herself at the spa, you might find her playing padel, taking walks in the forest, or practicing yoga. Another great passion of hers is traveling.

Carol holds a Master’s degree in Business Finance from Tallinn University of Technology. She has previously worked at a Big 4 firm and gained experience in both auditing and financial analysis. Carol has broad expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting, as well as several years of experience working as a financial analyst and financial controller.

One of her key interests is everything related to Excel and automation. She is also passionate about investment, private equity, and venture capital.

Carol is an avid amateur cyclist, and in her free time, she enjoys staying active and spending as much time outdoors as possible. When she is not competing herself, you can often find her cheering on other athletes from the sidelines.

Carolyn holds a degree in Accounting from Tallinn University of Applied Sciences. She has diverse experience as a financial analyst and accountant in various international and fast-growing companies. Her expertise covers a wide range of financial processes, from cost accounting, revenue classification, and payments to month-end and year-end closings, consolidation, and data reconciliation between business software systems.

In her day-to-day work, Carolyn ensures smooth processes and clear, accurate reporting, even in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

In her free time, Carolyn enjoys staying active and travelling. As a creative outlet, she loves experimenting with new recipes, as well as painting and drawing.

Liis has experience in financial controlling, accounting, reporting, and financial analysis. She currently works as a financial controller at a private equity fund, where her responsibilities include quarterly investor reporting, financial analysis, data validation, and the investment valuation process. Previously, she has also worked as a financial crime analyst and an accountant, giving her a strong understanding of both large datasets and in-depth analysis, as well as day-to-day financial processes.

Liis is analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-driven. She enjoys turning complex financial information into clear, actionable insights, analysing data, and identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency. Her motto is: “There are no problems – only solutions!”

Outside of work, Liis is actively involved in investing and loves travelling, rock music, and seeking new experiences – whether that means surfing, snowboarding, or paragliding.
