About us

Silje has obtained a bachelor’s degree in economic accounting from Estonian Business School (EBS) and completed master’s studies in the field of business consulting.

She has worked 22 years in a Big4 company, where in the first ten years she conducted and leaded financial audits and due diligence projects, and in the last ten years she leaded the accounting services department. Silje has extensive experience in leading accounting, payroll, tax compliance and reporting projects for clients from various industries. Her favorite projects are setting up financial functions of companies, and mapping and optimizing financial processes.

Silje’s family has 3 sons growing up, whose passion is football, and therefore you can see her on the football fields almost every weekend. Silje herself likes to play tennis and golf, as well as travel, read and do interior design. She has also successfully invested in various asset classes for 10 years.

Helen studied accounting at TalTech university in 2009-2011 and at the moment she is finishing her corporate finance master studies in the same university. She has extensive experience and knowledge on both Estonian Financial Reporting Standards and IFRS.

Helen’s journey as an accountant started in 2009. From her accountant career she has worked 11 years in Big4 company specializing in accounting, payroll and tax and statutory compliance services. In addition to general accounting services provision, she has carried out several accounting processes and control environment mapping, evaluation and standardization projects and worked in large international IT company as Finance Analyst for Baltic countries.

She is an Estonian Certified Accountant and holds a Level 6 Senior Accountant certificate.

Apart from the accounting world Helen practices her skills as a hobby investor in stock markets and as a hobby gardener planting roses and tomatoes. At her sporty moments you can find her from tennis court or rehearsing the driver swing on a golf course. When her work efficiency starts to decline and there is a need to reload batteries Helen grabs her suitcase or backpack and drives to explore the wide world.

Laura studied economic accounting and business management at TalTech university, graduating cum laude.

She has 5 years of work experience in a Big4 company, where she came into contact with clients from various fields who entrusted their accounting function to Laura and her team. Laura has strong industry-specific knowledge, which is why, in addition to conventional accounting, she has also helped clients with more specific services like review of company’s accounting, mapping of existing financial and support functions and optimization of processes, preparing or improving of accounting policies and chart of accounts, etc.

Laura is an Estonian Certified Accountant and holds a Level 6 Senior Accountant certificate.

On her spare time, Laura enjoys working out, lounging with her cats and reading books.

Anna joined us as a Senior Accountant with extensive expertise gained from accounting firms (including a Big 4 company) and in-house roles within the IT industry. Her wide-ranging experience spans various industries, with a preference for service-oriented sectors.

Armed with a Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting from TalTech and a Senior Accountant Certificate (level 6), she excels in understanding business operations and crafting effective managerial accounting solutions.

Outside the realm of numbers, she cherishes spending time with her three daughters. Her interests include staying active through gym workouts and yoga, as well as exploring the world of confectionery.

Marie-Annette obtained her higher education at TalTech university, specializing in the field of economic accounting and business management.

She has 4 years of work experience in a Big4 company, collaborating with clients from various sectors. However, her primary focus is on payroll accounting. Marie-Annette has also been involved in recruiting foreign employees to Estonia, providing her with a comprehensive background in payroll accounting specific. In addition to advising companies, she has experience in implementing and improving payroll and accounting systems for businesses. Despite her client commitments, Marie-Annette always finds time to train her colleagues in the field of payroll accounting.

Marie-Annette is an Estonian Certified Accountant and holds a Level 6 Senior Accountant certificate.

When she’s not enjoying herself at the spa, you might find her playing padel, taking walks in the forest, or practicing yoga. Another great passion of hers is traveling.

Eleri studied accounting at Tallinn School of Economics. She has been working in the field of accounting for 10 years, with 3 of those years in a company belonging to the Big4. In addition to accounting firms, Eleri has performed accounting in a manufacturing company and a real estate management company.

While working in an accounting firm, Eleri enjoys the opportunity to see the everyday life of many different companies in various fields.

Outside of work, Eleri likes to play floorball and ice hockey, as well as go running in the forest. When she’s not actively participating in sports, she can often be found by the sidelines of some other sports field. In colder and darker weather, she also enjoys reading books.

Kristel is currently studying in the final year of the accounting specialization at Tallinn University of Technology (TTK University). She has 6 years of work experience in the financial field and has dealt with various accounting tools. Client satisfaction and the smooth progress of projects bring her joy.

She is Estonian Certified Accountant (Level 5).

In her free time, she engages in activities such as investing, gardening, and reading books.

Merilin has over 10 years of work experience in the field of accounting, including 6 years in accounting firms. Her client portfolio includes companies from various industries.

Outside of work, Merilin loves reading books and engaging in gardening at her countryside home.

Johanna has obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics from TalTech university and is continuing her studies in the master’s program with a focus on economic analysis.

Johanna works as a junior accountant and is an enthusiastic learner. She enjoys challenges and is always willing to participate in projects that help her enhance her professional skills.

When Johanna is not busy with academic tasks, she likes to engage in sports, immerse herself in the world of books, or indulge in painting.
