About us

Silje has obtained a bachelor’s degree in economic accounting from Estonian Business School (EBS) and completed master’s studies in the field of business consulting.

She has worked 22 years in a Big4 company, where in the first ten years she conducted and leaded financial audits and due diligence projects, and in the last ten years she leaded the accounting services department. Silje has extensive experience in leading accounting, payroll, tax compliance and reporting projects for clients from various industries. Her favorite projects are setting up financial functions of companies, and mapping and optimizing financial processes.

Silje’s family has 3 sons growing up, whose passion is football, and therefore you can see her on the football fields almost every weekend. Silje herself likes to play tennis and golf, as well as travel, read and do interior design. She has also successfully invested in various asset classes for 10 years.

Helen studied accounting at TalTech university in 2009-2011 and at the moment she is finishing her corporate finance master studies in the same university. She has extensive experience and knowledge on both Estonian Financial Reporting Standards and IFRS.

Helen’s journey as an accountant started in 2009. From her accountant career she has worked 11 years in Big4 company specializing in accounting, payroll and tax and statutory compliance services. In addition to general accounting services provision, she has carried out several accounting processes and control environment mapping, evaluation and standardization projects and worked in large international IT company as Finance Analyst for Baltic countries.

She is an Estonian Certified Accountant and holds a Level 6 Senior Accountant certificate.

Apart from the accounting world Helen practices her skills as a hobby investor in stock markets and as a hobby gardener planting roses and tomatoes. At her sporty moments you can find her from tennis court or rehearsing the driver swing on a golf course. When her work efficiency starts to decline and there is a need to reload batteries Helen grabs her suitcase or backpack and drives to explore the wide world.

Laura studied economic accounting and business management at TalTech university, graduating cum laude.

She has 5 years of work experience in a Big4 company, where she came into contact with clients from various fields who entrusted their accounting function to Laura and her team. Laura has strong industry-specific knowledge, which is why, in addition to conventional accounting, she has also helped clients with more specific services like review of company’s accounting, mapping of existing financial and support functions and optimization of processes, preparing or improving of accounting policies and chart of accounts, etc.

Laura is an Estonian Certified Accountant and holds a Level 6 Senior Accountant certificate.

On her spare time, Laura enjoys working out, lounging with her cats and reading books.

Anna joined us as a Senior Accountant with extensive expertise gained from accounting firms (including a Big 4 company) and in-house roles within the IT industry. Her wide-ranging experience spans various industries, with a preference for service-oriented sectors.

Armed with a Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting from TalTech and a Senior Accountant Certificate (level 6), she excels in understanding business operations and crafting effective managerial accounting solutions.

Outside the realm of numbers, she cherishes spending time with her three daughters. Her interests include staying active through gym workouts and yoga, as well as exploring the world of confectionery.

Marie-Annette obtained her higher education at TalTech university, specializing in the field of economic accounting and business management.

She has 4 years of work experience in a Big4 company, collaborating with clients from various sectors. However, her primary focus is on payroll accounting. Marie-Annette has also been involved in recruiting foreign employees to Estonia, providing her with a comprehensive background in payroll accounting specific. In addition to advising companies, she has experience in implementing and improving payroll and accounting systems for businesses. Despite her client commitments, Marie-Annette always finds time to train her colleagues in the field of payroll accounting.

Marie-Annette is an Estonian Certified Accountant and holds a Level 6 Senior Accountant certificate.

When she’s not enjoying herself at the spa, you might find her playing padel, taking walks in the forest, or practicing yoga. Another great passion of hers is traveling.

Julia is an experienced accounting specialist with a strong background in finance. She has over ten years of experience working as a chief accountant.

Julia holds two bachelor’s degrees: one in Computer and Systems Engineering from TalTech and another in Accounting from Tallinn School of Economics.

Julia is an Estonian Certified Accountant and holds a Level 6 Senior Accountant certificate.

Alongside her work, Julia has a hobby – strength training in the gym. She enjoys thoroughly understanding topics that interest her, which led her to obtain a personal trainer certification several years ago to become her own best coach. She has run a half-marathon five times and can also do deadlifts, though so far only for 5-6 reps.

Mariana earned a higher education degree in financial accounting from Tallinn School of Economics, followed by a master’s degree in the same field from TalTech. She also holds an educational qualification in small business management.

Mariana is an Estonian Certified Accountant and holds a Level 6 Senior Accountant certificate.

Professionally, she has been a “Jack-of-all-trades” and, before entering the accounting world, she worked in wedding planning and managing a youth center. She has been involved in accounting for over 10 years, including 5 years in a Big 4 company. She has always preferred working in an accounting services company because, in addition to routine tasks, she enjoys the variety that this type of work offers. It also gives her the opportunity to interact with many companies and various professional topics, keeping her knowledge up-to-date and in use.

In her free time, Mariana spends a lot of time maintaining her house and garden. If she has time left after taking care of the house and her child, she prefers to relax, for example by watching an interesting crime series, reading a book, or occasionally going to a spa and cinema.

Eleri studied accounting at Tallinn School of Economics. She has been working in the field of accounting for 10 years, with 3 of those years in a company belonging to the Big4. In addition to accounting firms, Eleri has performed accounting in a manufacturing company and a real estate management company.

While working in an accounting firm, Eleri enjoys the opportunity to see the everyday life of many different companies in various fields.

Outside of work, Eleri likes to play floorball and ice hockey, as well as go running in the forest. When she’s not actively participating in sports, she can often be found by the sidelines of some other sports field. In colder and darker weather, she also enjoys reading books.

Käthlin graduated from TalTech with a degree in Accounting. She has 20 years of experience in accounting and payroll, with a particular focus on payroll over the past four years. In her daily work, Käthlin values precision, attention to detail, and adherence to critical deadlines. She finds the topic of workplace well-being particularly engaging.

Outside of the world of numbers, Käthlin enjoys practicing calligraphy and engaging in art. To balance her sedentary work, she practices pilates, yoga, and qigong. Recharging her energy is also helped by spending time at her countryside home and reading books.

Johanna has obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics from TalTech university and is continuing her studies in the master’s program with a focus on economic analysis.

Johanna works as a junior accountant and is an enthusiastic learner. She enjoys challenges and is always willing to participate in projects that help her enhance her professional skills.

When Johanna is not busy with academic tasks, she likes to engage in sports, immerse herself in the world of books, or indulge in painting.

Marion studied accounting at Tallinn School of Economics, where she gained a foundation in financial principles and practices. She is Estonian Certified Accountant (Level 5) and is currently working as a Junior Accountant. Marion is enthusiastic about advancing her career in accounting and is always looking for opportunities to develop her skills and expand her knowledge in the field.

Beyond her professional interests, Marion leads an active lifestyle and enjoys engaging in a variety of sports, including cycling, rollerblading, yoga and alpine skiing. She has a love for traveling, exploring interesting places, and embracing new experiences, which enrich her perspective both personally and professionally.

Janne is an ambitious and dedicated junior accountant. She has completed several in-depth accounting courses. Having previously managed her own micro-company, she acquired accounting knowledge and skills by solving all challenges independently.

Her modesty and quiet nature help create balance and harmony between work and personal life, allowing her to approach challenges calmly and thoughtfully while maintaining composure in stressful situations.

In her free time, Janne values spending time with her family. Photography and cooking provide her with an excellent opportunity to express her creativity. Janne also has a passion for motorsports, which offers her adrenaline and excitement.

Valeria is a junior accountant. She graduated from TalTech with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Although Valeria has little practical experience, she has a strong theoretical background and a great desire for professional growth. She is attentive to details, responsible, and always eager to improve herself and acquire new knowledge.

In her free time, Valeria enjoys swimming, walking her dog in the forest, and reading books.
